Participant Service Department

Participant needs and requirements shouldn't burden your staff or distract our Client Services Department from serving your needs.  Our Participant Services Department meets the specific needs of your plan participants with timely and informative response including:

  1. Bi-lingual staff (English and Spanish)
  2. Assistance with participant loan modeling
  3. Coordination of loan and distribution checks
  4. Direct communication with terminated participants
  5. Preparation and coordination of required distribution notifications
  6. Preparation of necessary Participant Loan documentation

Amber, Participant Services Manager
Amber - Participant Services Manager
 
Amber is a Poway native who graduated from Poway High School in 1999 and prides herself on her San Diego roots. She began her career with Innovative Pension in 2002 as a Participant Services Representative after having worked in the banking industry. As the company has grown and developed so has her role with our organization. In 2007 she took on the role of Manager of Participant Services. Her continued dedication to the company has made her a true asset to our organization. She continues to educate herself in Pension Administration and looks forward to a long career with our company. She is bilingual and enjoys working with all of our clients and participants. She enjoys spending her time following the Chargers as well as the local music scene.
 
Tony, Participant Services
Tony - Participant Services Representative
 
Tony is a San Diego native who graduated from Hilltop High School in Chula Vista. He went on to attend San Diego State University and Palomar College focusing in Latin American studies and Construction Management. In the Fall of 2010 he completed the Construction Certification program for Building Inspectors and continues to pursue this on the side. Tony started working for Innovative Pension in the Fall of 2007 and quickly became an asset to the Participant Services Department. He frequently demonstrates his ability to handle the delicate needs of participants with grace and understanding. He is Bilingual and works almost exclusively with our Spanish speaking participants. Among his many hobbies he enjoys fishing, camping, and playing golf in his spare time.
 
Linh, Participant Services
Linh - Participant Services Representative
 
Linh is a San Diego native who grew up in central San Diego. She attended San Diego State University and Graduated in 2009 with a degree in International Business. She is tri-lingual and is fluent in Chinese and Vietnamese. She began her career with Innovative Pension in 2010 working in our Client Services Department. In a very short time she was moved into the Participant Services Department and has proven to be a true asset to the company. She looks forward to continuing her education in pension administration and enjoys working with all of our clients and participants.
